HDR-50 Horizontal Machining Center

The HDR-50 Horizontal Machining Centre is designed with two shuttle pallets. It is designed for applications in the military, aerospace, automobile, die, mould and machine building industries. It is perfect for the machining of box type components, housings, disc type and complicated parts. It can complete milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping operations on four faces in a single set up.

High accuracy
Hollow ballscrews are provided on 3 axes to avoid distortion resulting from overheating.

High speed spindle
Two spindle options are available; a 10,000 rpm integrated motor spindle and an optional 12,000 rpm for high speed applications.

High rigidity
The machine bed is designed as one piece solid casting on which the shuttle pallet mechanism and ATC are fitted to guarantee high rigidity.
